Do you accept unaccompanied minors?
 
People under 14 years of age are not accepted on board the carrier's aircraft unless accompanied by a passenger aged 18 years or above. Both the passenger in this age range and their companion must have regular identification. If such identification is out of date, boarding will not be allowed.

What can I carry in my hand luggage, and generally on board the aircraft?
 
You can take a single piece of hand luggage, whose maximum dimensions are 55 x 35 x 25 cm, a coat, an umbrella, a walking stick, a purse or handbag (containing, apart from personal items, camera, computer, CD player), a foldable pram for children under 2 years, and reading material. Hand luggage must be stored under your seat or in the overhead compartment.

What is absolutely forbidden to carry onto the aircraft?
 
It is absolutely forbidden to carry on board the aircraft the following items, which will need to be removed from one's hand luggage before the security check.
• any firearm, including air guns and toy guns;
• pointed weapons with sharp blade, any pointed or sharpened object capable of inflicting injuries;
• any sharp object like scissors (including nail clippers and manicure sets);
• any blunt object capable of inflicting injuries (e.g.. golf clubs, ski sticks, etc.);
• any explosive or highly flammable substance which represents a danger for the passengers' and crew's health or for aircraft safety, or for the technical and general safety of the aircraft.
The above list is only a list of examples and does not constitute a limitation.

What is not allowed in checked luggage?
 
The following are not allowed in checked luggage:
• explosives, including detonators, fuses, mines and explosive powders;
• gas: propane, butane;
• flammable solids;
• flammable or reactive substances;
• toxic or infections substances;
• radioactive material;
• corrosive material;
• motor engine parts containing, or having contained, fuel.

The weight limit for luggage is 15kg for checked bags plus 5 kg for carry-ons, and the sum of the length, width, and depth must not exceed 110cm. Each kilogram in excess of 15kg for checked baggage will result in a €7.00 surcharge.

What electronic devices can be used on board?
 
During the trip, subject to approval by the crew, it is possible to use electric razors, non-digital music players and computers not connected to printers or compact disc players. Mobile phones must be kept off whenever the doors are closed, even before takeoff and after landing.
6.
When is it allowed to use mobile phones?
 
Following a directive issued by ENAC (Ente Nazionale Aviazione Civile, Italian Aviation Authority) mobile phones ca be used only until the takeoff procedures have been started, not after the aircraft doors have been closed; on arrival, not before the doors have been opened. The Captain can forbid passengers from turning on mobile phones if this is incompatible with operations, or can authorise the use in case of a long wait on the aircraft.

Is smoking forbidden on Blue-Panorama aircraft?
 
Yes. In observance of the law, and in order to protect the health of passengers, smoking is not allowed on any of Blue Panorama's routes.
8.
Until what month can pregnant women fly?
 
Pregnant women are allowed on board until their 30th week; from their 30th to their 34th week, they are allowed to fly only if in possession of a medical certificate declaring them fit to travel by air; after their 34th week, they will not be accepted on board. We recommend consulting your doctor before booking if you have experienced complications in pregnancy.
9.
What do I have to do to check in at the airport?
 
Please proceed to the check-in desks in the departure area with your travel documentation (ticket, identification) and your luggage. Once you have checked in and you have received your boarding pass, please proceed to the departure gate indicated by the check-in personnel. Remember to keep your travel documents handy (including your boarding pass) to show them at security checks and at the gate.

What ID is needed for the trip?
 
For security reasons, authorities require passengers' name on the boarding pass to match the one on their identification.
The ID document required depends on your destination. When planning your trip, we suggest contacting the consulate of the destination country, indicating your nationality. Also remember to check that your ID has not expired and that it is valid for international travel. It is also necessary to know whether the destination country requires specific vaccinations or an entry visa, even for tourism.
11.
What are the required or recommended vaccinations when flying outside Europe?
 
It is advisable to check at least one month before departure, at your local doctor or medical authority, or at the departing airport medical facility, what prophylactic measures must be taken and what medicines are recommended.
12.
What medications can I carry on board, and in particular, how can I carry syringes?
 
Medications can be carried on board in their original packaging. Insulin syringes can also be carried on board, if accompanied by a medical certificate to be produced at the security check.
13.
Can I bring my cat or dog onto the aircraft?
 
On purchasing the ticket you must inform the carrier that you wish to bring your pet with you, and declare its weight: up to 10 kg (including the cage) the animal can be allowed in the cabin; over 10kg it will need to travel in the cargo hold. An adequately sized cage with a waterproof floor is required. Do not forget the animal's health booklet certifying its good health and the vaccinations received. Depending on the destination, a quarantine period may be imposed.
